A 'right time' to work out?

BioClocks UK members comment on chronotype-aligned exercise study in national media

BioClocks UK members Dr Nina Rzechorzek and Dr Jeffrey Kelu provided expert comment via the Science Media Centre on a recent Open Heart study examining whether aligning exercise timing with chronotype may influence cardiometabolic outcomes. Their comments were featured in coverage including BBC News and the Daily Mail on 15 April 2026.

The coverage highlighted both the potential value of personalised timing and the need for caution in interpreting chronotype and circadian-phase measures.
