🕙💤Join us for a new, two-day, online masterclass focussing on circadian rhythm sleep-wake phase disorders, designed for clinical professionals and researchers and delivered by experts from the University of Oxford!


💡The masterclass will cover the circadian regulation of sleep and wakefulness, methods for assessing circadian rhythms, and the diagnosis and management of CRSWDs. It will also explore circadian disruption across a range of neurodevelopmental, psychiatric and neurodegenerative conditions.

The Oxford Masterclass in Sleep Measurement

🛌In this two-day face-to-face masterclass held in Oxford, Dr Rachel Sharman and Dr Lizzie Hill will guide you through the practicalities of measuring sleep for clinical and research purposes, using common techniques including polysomnography and actigraphy.


📹While the face-to-face event focuses on the practical aspects of sleep measurement, training on the theoretical aspects of the topics covered will be provided in advance in the form of pre-recorded lectures.
