Research Methods
I have a long-standing interest in the intersection of central and peripheral timing systems with metabolism, and how they combine to govern co-expression of circadian and ultradian rhythms. I work on both human laboratory and real-world studies, several (transgenic) rodent models and in vitro cell-culture approaches, taking measures ranging from transcriptomics, metabolomics and other (high resolution) measures of physiology to EEG sleep recording and actigraphy.
