About the event

The O'Neill and Hastings Labs are delighted to be hosting the next UK Clock Club meeting on Friday 6th October 2023 at the MRC Laboratory of Molecular Biology, Cambridge.  Clock Club has a tradition of bringing together chronobiological researchers from across the UK to share the latest advances in the field in an informal setting. Everyone is welcome at this event to discuss all things related to biological clocks.  Registration remains free due to the sponsorship contributions of our exhibitors. The programme and sponsor details are available as a downloadbale pdf below.

We highly encourage trainees to consider presenting their work; abstracts on any chronobiological research, and from researchers at any career stage are welcome. Submitting authors must be willing to present. Short talks should be 15 minutes in length, allowing 5 minutes for questions/discussion. Data Blitz slots for up to 10 selected posters will comprise 1-minute pitches with a single powerpoint slide ahead of the poster session - tell people why they should come to see your poster! Posters must be A0 portrait. Please note that poster printing will not be available on site. Abstract submission has now closed; for any related queries please contact

We are able to accommodate dietary requirements and preferences for attendees registering prior to September 15th. After this date, we may not be able to meet all requests, although we will do our best.

For those travelling from afar and needing overnight accommodation, there are some accommodation options close to the event location (CB2 0QH), and plenty nearby Cambridge Train Station (CB1 2JW). We are unable to provide special rates for delegates. Since Michaelmas Term will have commenced, most University of Cambridge Colleges will not have rooms available, but it is worth checking

We look forward to seeing you in Cambridge!
